Following the extreme spike in orders during March and early April, you'll be aware that the lead time from Greyland has unavoidably increased.
However, as a result of the changes we have made to shift patterns and staff numbers, we have managed to work through the majority of the backlog that was created.
We are pleased to announce that our lead time is now back close to where it was before the pandemic. Orders placed today will be due for despatch towards the end of next week, so orders will be delivered 7-8 working days from when they were placed.
Large orders for 750ml products may take a little longer, but we are advising switching customers onto 5L refills or concentrates due to the spray head shortage, as detailed here.
