As you are aware, the coronavirus pandemic, and the resulting panic, is impacting supply chains across the world. Due to the Government's advice, at Greyland we are experiencing a period of unprecedented demand, for hand soaps and surface sanitisers in particular.
Following on from last week's update, at Greyland we are trying to further increase our output in order to deal with the hugely increased volume of orders. We wish to look after our current distributors first. As always, new enquiries are welcome but please be patient with us and we will get to you.
Orders have continued to come in at 3-4 times our regular output. Therefore orders placed from today onwards are having to be planned for despatch from April 1st. The option to upgrade your delivery service from 48-72 hours from despatch to 24 hours from despatch is still availble at £10 per pallet for customers in England, Scotland and Wales.
We will endeavour to leep you up to date as and when this changes.
